Class Descriptions
Vinyasa - Yoga poses (asanas) are linked and combined with breath (flow) working the body and engaging the mind. All levels are welcome.
Piloxing - This class uniquely mixes pilates and boxing into a fat torching and muscle sculpting workout guaranteed to whip you into shape. Experience the transformation as you attain a sleek, sexy and powerful self-image. All levels are welcome.
Drums Alive - This class is the answer to getting away from the daily routine and adding some fun to your workout. Drums Alive is training for the whole body, mind and soul by combining movement-therapy with music, sound and dance. All levels are welcome.
All Levels Yoga - Take your practice to the next level and live better in your body with this flow, form and Yoga Tune Up combination class. Based on traditional yoga philosophy, this class will dive into the nuts and bolts of movement and alignment. All levels are welcome.
Zumba—(Studio shoes or inside only sneakers required) Are you ready to party yourself into shape? An exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party moving students toward joy and health. All levels welcome.
IM=X Pilates - IM=X stands for Integrated Movement Xercize. It is an elite fitness formula that marries the muscle toning and lengthening benefits of pilates with strength to increase flexibility, endurance and muscle tone while strengthening the spine and abdominal core. All levels are welcome.
Core Strength 45 - This 45-minute creative fusion of core focused exercises will help tone and strengthen your deepest abdominal muscles. Various props and equipment will be used for maximum benefit. All levels are welcome.
Yoga Latte’ - Skip your morning coffee and join us on the mat for this early morning vinyasa. A great way to start your day! All levels are welcome.
Yoga Dance - Let your Yoga Dance! This exciting class fuses yoga and joyful breath based energizing movements with dance and world music. Everyone is welcome and no prior yoga or dance experience is required - just a desire to celebrate life, burn calories and have fun!!!
Core Strength Vinyasa - An unique Vinyasa (flow) class partnering chakras (energy centers) and bandhas with asanas (poses ) and breath to strengthen the core. All levels are welcome.
Gentle Yoga - This yoga experience will include mindful meditation, stretching, proper posture, poses, and relaxation. Also included is an added bonus - 1-minute stretches you can incorporate in your everyday life! Beginners to intermediate students are welcome.
Living Yoga through Vinyasa - Yoga is an eight limb path which includes asana (poses). This class will explore all the limbs of yoga through a Vinyasa practice (linking asana to breath). Open your mind and your heart will follow. Some yoga experience is recommended.
Pilates, Core, and More! - Experience the benefits of mat pilates with a focus on a strong core and strength building. In addition to the mat, this class uses resistance bands and weighted balls enhancing your workout and results. All levels are welcome.
ETC… Core - Elongate, Tone and Condition your Core. This 45-minute core focused class is designed to challenge the student. A great addition to any mind / body / fitness regimen. All levels are welcome.
Yin Yoga—A deep, meditative practice allowing the body time to release and deepen while cooling and calming the hips, pelvis and spine through long holds thereby targeting the connective tissue. By stretching our connective tissue we allow for better mobility in our joints and a rebalance of our chi or life force. Yin yoga is a complimentary practice to the more vigorous yang (vinyasa) practices and is accessible to all levels and body types.
